Garbage bag chic? Yeah, I didn't know it existed either. It's undeniable, though, that Shalom Harlow rocked her Bob Mackie cape so well that I now not only know it exists, but covet it as well. Lucky for me, while doing a lil e-window shopping the pixie market I found this awesome garbage bag material-esque jacket.

Sick, right? Plus the cut-out detailing is great too - puts a bit more "fashion" into the whole garbage bag thang. WANT.
